Providing Stockport and Cheshire Schools with specialist gymnastic after school clubs.

In our after-school gymnastics programmes, we take all the experience we have learnt over 20 years and bring it to your school.

Why we stand out

We only hire current or ex gymnasts, some competing to national levels.

Our school services only receive our main club coaches, ensuring the best quality service.

We NEVER cancel a session, being an established club we have plenty of cover options.

With our club van we can bring a varied selection of equipment that other providers cannot.

Gymnasts progress through our ‘ENERGY AWARDS’ program and receive certificates twice a year

All school services will be invited to any community events we put on as a club.

Our before / after school clubs have a Christmas performance on the last session of the year, a great opportunity for parents to come and see the progress.

How it works

1. Pick your duration between: 45 minutes – 1h 45 minute class.

2. Pick your available day & time.

3. We will arrange a short in-person / Zoom meeting before starting to establish your schools needs.

4. Admin & Invoicing options:

Option 1: We deal with all the enquires via our specialised system, we provide the school with an sustained income for the hall hire and we charge the parents ourselves. The school doesn’t have to do anything.

Option 2: The school deals with the admin, takes payment from the parents and we invoice the school.

My daughter came for a trial session a few weeks ago and was made to feel at home. She sometimes struggles with not being able to do something immediately. But the team was very supportive and gave her a certificate for trying hard. She really enjoyed the trial and has now signed up for every week!

My daughter had her 4th party here and it was fantastic from start to finish. It was nice to be able to have a good mix of different children included in the activities. Thankyou so much for accommodating a larger group of children and organising a great party.

Fantastic club, both for the holiday courses and weekly lessons. My daughter loves it and improves weekly, it has been a massive confidence booster and really promotes friendship and team work. Highly recommend. It also features its uniqueness with grading the gymnastics with levels to enable them to continue to improve, my daughter loves receiving the certificates and showcasing them. Great work to all, especially Ellis and Jack in the Monday class x Esme says thank you! 🤩

We used Energize Gymnastics for our daughter’s birthday party. It was really well organised and the coaches were fantastic with the kids. I’d really recommend this club for a birthday party. It was great! Thanks so much

My 6 year old had a brilliant party with Energize gymnastics yesterday. It was well organised and the coaches were great with the kids. The party was a good mix of fun games, learning some skills and time on the different equipment - it suited all levels of ability. The kids loved it and it was good value for money - would definitely recommend.

Amazing party at Energize for my daughter’s 8th birthday. coaches were great getting all the kids involved. Everybody enjoyed and was worn out at the end of it. A fab day for my daughter. Thank youHighly recommend 💖

Fantastic party at Energize for my daughters 9th birthday. Coaches were great at getting all the kids to join in and all the games and equipment were suitable for all children regardless of ability. All the children had a blast and were suitably worn out at the end! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun, energetic party.
