All Gymnasts will receive an optional free trial session before they commit to regular classes.
Please fill out the form below, we will get back to you to arrange the date and time of your trial class.

Trial lesson booking form

(We aim to get back to you within 3 days but due to high demand please allow up to 2 weeks)

  • The venue has a keycode system to secure the premises, once booked onto your trial session you will be contacted with the code to enter the premises.

  • Onsite we have a free car park for our patrons to use.

  • Please note due to insurance purposes, after your trial lesson all of our members must also be a bronze member of British Gymnastics , this is £19 paid annually. Information will be sent to you on how to join BG upon registration with us.

  • We rotate parent / carer viewings of lessons, allowing 5 spectators per lesson to observe gymnast progress.

  • We are following the guidance of British Gymnastics.

  • Please do not attend the club if your child or anyone in the household has a high fever, persistent cough or loss of taste within the previous 14 days.

  • Children will be encouraged to stay on or near their disignated rubber ‘Spot’ for the lesson.

  • A ‘Basket system’ will be in place meaning gymnasts are only to bring 1 bag with them to lesson to store their belonging in.

  • Class times are changing from 1 hour to 55 minutes to allow cleaning time inbetween lessons and a limited amount of crossover with other gymnasts.

To aid your child’s gymnastic abilities we have floor mats, trampette, springboards, vaulting table, beams, bars, crash mats and other smaller fitness pieces.

Gymnasts are required to wear a t-shirt/leotard and shorts/tracksuit bottoms or leggings with any long hair tied up. Jewellery cannot be worn. Earrings that cannot be removed must be taped up. Please also bring a drink to each session. Gymnasts will train in their bare feet. We have optional club kit for you to buy should you wish to.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of your session. To gain entry through the gate, please use the secure keycode, which you would have received after booking your trial session. Take the first left turn and continue until you reach the sports building, there is a large gravel car park. There is another keycode needed to enter the building, this will be the same one as the main gate. Please wait outside the gym with your child ready for gymnastics. Once the previous class has departed, the children will be invited into the gym. This is to ensure the safe arrival and departure of all of our gymnasts.

We complete the British Gymnastic BAGA badges every year. These will be completed and awarded at our annual Christmas display. At the end of every session we also announce Gymnast of the week, this could be a gymnast who has progressed in their skills, displayed excellent behaviour or grown as an individual. In all of our classes, the children are split into small groups according to their age and ability.

We run the club classes for 46 weeks of the year.
